Questions worth asking first.
Answers to common questions about IncaZing, how each product works, and what to expect before you commit.
Most sales assessments ask you to rate yourself, then hand you a score. IncaZing does neither. You're shown practical sales situations, not survey questions. Your responses are interpreted through sales psychology and role-relevant performance patterns, including how people explain setbacks, handle rejection, read pressure, and respond in difficult sales moments.
You get a plain-language report on your strengths, gaps, and development direction, not a personality type, percentile rank, or number reducing you to a score.
Products & what's the difference
They're not three different products, they're three ways into SkillZing. AmbiZing is a one-time, 20-minute snapshot of where you stand right now. Expand and Evolve are guided development tracks built on that same insight. Both run 21 or 45 days, with weekly 1:1 consultations.
Looking to expand your skills in your current role? Choose Expand.
Looking to move up the ladder into a bigger role? Choose Evolve.
Not sure yet? Start with AmbiZing.
No. You can enrol directly in either track. AmbiZing is useful if you want a read on yourself first, but it's not a prerequisite.
SkillZing is for individual salespeople assessing and developing their own readiness.
RecruiZing is for hiring teams assessing a candidate before they hire.
DiagnoZing is for sales leaders assessing readiness across their whole team.
A future product, coming soon. Not yet available.
Choose based on what you spend most of your time doing. If you're mostly prospecting and outreach, that's SDR/BDR. If you're mostly closing and managing accounts, that's AE/Senior AE.
If you're not sure, book a conversation and we'll help you place yourself correctly.

Methodology & why this isn't a generic course
On day one, you go through a baseline assessment that maps your current strengths and gaps. From there, a custom plan is built for you specifically. It starts with the areas that need the most attention, before moving into the areas you're already comfortable with.
Partway through, a mid-point check tracks how you're progressing, alongside your weekly 1:1 calls with Ashok. At the end, a final assessment confirms what's actually improved.
No. Your results are not ranked against peers or industry averages. They're understood against your own starting point and the demands of the role you're preparing for. The goal is development clarity, not comparison.
Adults build capability differently depending on their own pace and context, not by mimicking someone else's timeline. That's why IncaZing is self-paced rather than a fixed cohort.
Expand runs for 21 days because it's designed for focused development inside your current role.
Evolve runs for 45 days because it supports a bigger transition, usually a promotion, leadership move, or larger sales responsibility. The longer track gives more room for repetition, reflection, and guided development.
Yes. The daily activity is intentionally short so it can fit around real work. The value comes from consistency, not long sessions. If you miss a day or need to pause, reach out and we'll help you plan the next step.
Life happens. If you need to pause, email hello@incazing.com and we'll work out a plan that fits your situation.
Most sales training is generic content delivered the same way to everyone. IncaZing is built around real sales situations specific to your role, backed by sales psychology, not a video library. Every track includes direct one-to-one time with Ashok Ambanee, not just pre-recorded modules.
Frameworks like SPIN or Sandler help with sales conversations, question structure, and selling technique. IncaZing works on a different layer: the judgement, response, and decision-making patterns underneath sales behaviour.
Many salespeople already know the techniques. The harder part is often what happens when the technique meets a real, unpredictable situation.
No. You're shown real sales situations and respond to them, not asked to rate yourself. Self-report is known to be unreliable (people don't always see their own patterns accurately), so we don't rely on it.
No. IncaZing deliberately doesn't reduce you to a number. You get a narrative report. That's plain language on what's working and what needs development, not a percentage or a rank.
IncaZing is built on sales psychology and practical sales situations, not personality typing. It looks at how people respond to role-relevant sales moments, including pressure, rejection, ambiguity, trust, and transition. We don't publish the full framework publicly, but we can discuss the broad research basis on a call.
