Frequently asked questions.
For hiring teams and candidates. How RecruiZing works, what it costs, and how data is handled.
RecruiZing is a role-specific sales hiring insight experience for organisations assessing candidates for sales roles.
It helps hiring teams explore how a candidate responds to practical, role-relevant sales situations before making a hiring decision that affects pipeline, customers and revenue.
RecruiZing is designed for hiring teams evaluating candidates for sales roles, including:
- Founders and business leaders hiring early sales talent
- Recruiters and talent acquisition teams
- Sales managers and sales leaders
- Organisations hiring SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers or senior sales leaders
RecruiZing is paid for by the hiring organisation on a per-candidate assessment basis.
Candidates are not charged to participate in an employer-requested RecruiZing assessment.
Before beginning the assessment, the candidate is shown:
- The organisation or recruiter name
- The role being assessed
- The purpose of the assessment
- Who may receive the output
- The 12-month default retention period for identifiable candidate data
- Links to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Use approach
Candidates must provide explicit consent before beginning.
The candidate completes a role-specific assessment experience designed around practical sales situations relevant to the role being evaluated.
The assessment explores how the candidate responds to role-relevant situations. It is not a test of memorised interview answers.
Authorised hiring recipients receive:
- Narrative role-alignment signals
- Observed response patterns relevant to the role
- Structured interview prompts for deeper evaluation
- Responsible-use guidance for interpreting the output
RecruiZing does not provide candidate rankings, automated rejection decisions or a guarantee of future performance.
No.
RecruiZing is designed to support responsible human evaluation. It must not be used as the sole basis for hiring or rejection, and it does not automatically make employment decisions.
Hiring organisations must accept Responsible Use terms before receiving candidate reports.
