Your 21 days
Day 1 — Understand where you are
You'll start by working through realistic sales situations. This gives us a baseline before the programme begins.
Days 2–20 — Practise
You'll work through sales situations regularly, make decisions, receive feedback and reflect on what you could do differently.
Day 21 — Measure again
We'll measure again at the end to record what changed during the programme.
Most days take about 20 minutes, and a new day opens each day of the programme.

Your progress is recorded throughout the 21 days, so you can see what's done and what's next.
Your responses and programme progress may be accessed by authorised IncaZing facilitators and administrators to deliver and support your programme. There's no public ranking or leaderboard.
